Passin' the Word...

Residents of Lake Poinsett have a very important meeting this Thursday, Oct. 8th at 8 am. at 523 East Capitol Ave., in Pierre, SD for the purpose of the State Water Board hearing the proposal for control of the outlet gates. FYI: Currently the permit only allows the gates to be open to control the level of the lake by allowing water to leave Lake Poinsett. No water may enter the lake through the gates.
